FinTrack is a personal finance tracking tool provided for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Google Account used to sign in, and for the accuracy of the financial data you enter into the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use FinTrack.
Stock, crypto, and currency exchange rate data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party providers and is provided for reference only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and it should not be relied upon for making financial decisions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information from the App, nor for any loss of data, profits, or damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App, or these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any account found to be in violation of these Terms.
